- Chest pain/pressure, especially with sweat, nausea, radiation to arm or jaw.
- Stroke signs: face droop, arm weakness, speech trouble—time stamped.
- Sudden severe headache (“worst of life”).
- Heavy uncontrolled bleeding, airway trouble, suicidal intent with plan.
- Sudden testicular pain/swelling.
